Draußen ist Winter – drinnen machen wir es uns gemeinsam gemütlich. Drei Tage lang öffnen wir einen Raum für Tanz, Musik, Stille und Gemeinschaft. Zeit zum Ankommen, Loslassen und Eintauchen in das, was dich bewegt.

Wir kommen zusammen mit allem, was da ist. Tanzen uns warm, teilen stille Momente und lassen uns von der Musik auf unterschiedliche Reisen mitnehmen. Ob du alleine kommst oder mit vertrauten Menschen – du bist herzlich willkommen.

 

🌀 Das erwartet dich

Im Mittelpunkt stehen vier Ecstatic Dance Sessions. Dazu kommen Yoga am Morgen, Singkreise, Workshops zu Körperarbeit, Achtsamkeit und kreativem Ausdruck, Cacao, Meditation und Contact Improvisation.

 

Nach den Ecstatic Dances lassen wir die Abende bei freien Tanz- und Musik-Jams weiterfließen – mit Raum für Stimme, Begegnung und gemeinsames Spielen.

 

Zwischen all dem bleibt Zeit zum Ausruhen, Austauschen und einfach Sein. Gemeinsame Kreise und Workshops erleichtern das Kennenlernen und helfen dir, auch alleine gut anzukommen.

Wir sind wieder in den wundervollen Räumen der Waldorfschule Freiburg-Rieselfeld. Die typische, von Rudolf Steiner inspirierte Architektur mit ihren besonderen Formen und Winkeln gibt den liebevoll gestalteten Räumen eine ganz eigene Atmosphäre.

Uns erwarten eine große Turnhalle zum Tanzen, ein großer Saal mit Holzfußboden für Workshops, unser Cacao-Ritual und die täglichen Kreise sowie zwei gemütliche Eurythmiesäle mit hohen Decken. Verschiedene Klassenräume bieten Platz zum Übernachten.

Häufige Fragen

Kann ich alleine kommen?

Ja, sehr gerne! Viele Menschen kommen alleine. Gemeinsame Kreise, Sharings und Workshops bieten Möglichkeiten, miteinander in Kontakt zu kommen. Wir schaffen bewusst einen Rahmen, in dem du dich mit dem, was dich bewegt, willkommen und gut aufgehoben fühlen kannst.

Was ist im Festivalticket enthalten?

Alle Ecstatic Dance Sessions und Workshops sind enthalten. Es gibt Tickets mit und ohne Übernachtung. Das Verpflegungspaket buchst du bei Bedarf zusätzlich direkt beim Küchenteam.

Gibt es Tickets für einzelne Tage?

Nein. Wir möchten das Wochenende als Gruppe miteinander verbringen und gemeinsam tiefer eintauchen. Deshalb bieten wir nur Tickets für das gesamte Festival an.

Kann ich mithelfen und ein ermäßigtes Ticket bekommen?

Ja, es gibt eine begrenzte Zahl an Helfertickets. Für insgesamt vier Stunden Mithilfe in der Küche, bei der Hygiene oder beim Abbau erhältst du 60 € Ermäßigung auf dein Ticket.

Wie kann ich vor Ort übernachten?

Mit einem Ticket inklusive Übernachtung kannst du in Klassenräumen, der Turnhalle oder im Saal schlafen. Bitte bring deine eigene Isomatte und einen Schlafsack mit. Es gibt außerdem einen separaten Frauenschlafraum und einen Familienschlafraum.

Welche Verpflegung gibt es?

Ein wundervolles Küchenteam versorgt uns mit vegetarischer Bio-Vollverpflegung. Vegane und glutenfreie Optionen sind möglich.

Das optionale Paket umfasst fünf Mahlzeiten, Tee, Heißgetränke und gefiltertes Wasser. Du buchst es zusätzlich direkt beim Küchenteam.

Können Kinder mitkommen?

Ja, Familien sind herzlich willkommen! Es gibt einen Kinderraum mit Spiel- und Kreativmaterial, Kinderbetreuung während der Workshops und Abendtänze sowie einen separaten Familienschlafraum.

Outside, it’s winter – inside, we’re creating a warm and cosy space together. For three days, we open a space for dance, music, stillness and community. Time to arrive, let go and explore whatever moves you.

We come together with everything we bring. We warm ourselves through dance, share quiet moments and let the music take us on different journeys. Whether you come on your own or with familiar faces – you are warmly welcome.

At the heart of our weekend are four Ecstatic Dance sessions, alongside morning yoga, singing circles, workshops in bodywork, mindfulness and creative expression, cacao, meditation and Contact Improvisation.

After the Ecstatic Dances, we let the evenings flow into open dance and music jams – with space for voice, connection and playing together.

In between, there is time to rest, chat and simply be. Shared circles and workshops make it easy to meet others and settle in, even if you arrive on your own.

We’re returning to the wonderful spaces of Waldorfschule Freiburg-Rieselfeld. Its distinctive architecture, inspired by Rudolf Steiner, gives these thoughtfully designed rooms a special atmosphere through their unusual shapes and angles.

We’ll have a large gym for dancing, a spacious hall with a wooden floor for workshops, our cacao ritual and daily circles, and two cosy eurythmy rooms with high ceilings. Several classrooms provide space for overnight stays.

 

Come as you are, and dance whatever moves you.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Can I come on my own?

 

Absolutely! Many people come on their own. Shared circles, sharing sessions and workshops offer opportunities to connect. We consciously create a welcoming, supportive environment where there is room for you and whatever you’re experiencing.

 

What is included in the festival ticket?

 

All Ecstatic Dance sessions and workshops are included. Tickets are available with or without overnight accommodation. The optional meal package can be booked separately, directly with the kitchen team.

 

Are day tickets available?

 

No. We want to spend the weekend together as a group and have time to connect more deeply. We therefore offer tickets for the full festival only.

 

Can I volunteer and get a discounted ticket?

 

Yes, a limited number of volunteer tickets are available. In exchange for four hours of help in the kitchen, with cleaning or during pack-down, you receive €60 off your ticket.

 

What are the overnight accommodation options?

 

With a ticket that includes accommodation, you can sleep in the classrooms, gym or hall. Please bring your own sleeping mat and sleeping bag. There is also a separate women’s sleeping room and a family sleeping room.

 

What food is available?

 

A wonderful kitchen team will prepare lovingly made organic vegetarian meals for us. Vegan and gluten-free options are available.

The optional meal package includes five meals, tea, hot drinks and filtered water. Please book it separately, directly with the kitchen team.

 

Can children come along?

 

Yes, families are warmly welcome! There is a children’s room with play and craft materials, childcare during the workshops and evening dances, and a separate family sleeping room.

 

What language will the festival be held in?

 

Most of the festival will be in German, with an English translation group available during our shared circles. Some workshops will be held in German, others in English or a mix of both.

We regularly welcome people from France, the Netherlands and many other countries. Many don’t speak German and still enjoy being fully part of the festival. You’re very welcome to join – there are plenty of ways to connect beyond words, and our main shared language, dance, is universal.
