Sacred Anger & Authentic Expression

Women explore anger to find clarity, express themselves freely, set boundaries, and use it for creativity and honest communication.
ETHERIC FIRE
Anger, Clarity, Boundaries & Creativity
A workshop for women who want to explore their anger and learn how to use it for clarity, self-expression and creativity.
Many of us have learned to suppress anger, avoid conflict, be nice and put other people's needs before our own.
But anger has an important role in our lives.
It helps us understand who we are, what we want, what we care about and what we are no longer willing to accept.
Anger helps us recognise our boundaries, speak up for ourselves and stand for what matters to us. It can also give us the energy to take action, make changes and create something new.
In this workshop, we will explore:
• Connecting with our bodies, feelings, needs and boundaries
• Recognising anger and understanding what it is telling us
• Learning how to access, express and creatively use the energy of anger
• Exploring radical honesty and speaking what is true for us
• Using voice, movement and sound to express ourselves more freely
• Using anger to bring clarity to our decisions and actions
• Practising clear boundaries and honest communication with others
• Giving ourselves permission to express what we feel, want and care about
This workshop is for women who want to become more comfortable with their anger, find their voice and express themselves more freely.
You don't need any previous experience. Just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
We look forward to sharing this experience with you.
