An autumn evening at one long table: an apéro and four courses by Hatecke, three wines chosen by Horoyoi, and 18 guests who arrive as strangers and leave as friends.
On Friday 20 November, Horoyoi and Hatecke du Théâtre gather 18 guests around one long table for our first Swiss Friendsgiving. It is a new tradition with David and Ludwig Hatecke, at the place that has become a second home for Horoyoi.
The evening
An apéro and four courses, with a centrepiece carved by David in front of you. The menu stays a surprise until the night. Expect the mountains of Graubünden, the flavours of autumn, and a table that keeps being refilled.
The wines
Three wines, each chosen for its moment: bottles from small growers, with a story behind every glass. For the occasion, I’ll also open a few rarities from my own cellar, bottles kept for a night like this one. Glasses won’t stay empty for long.

Dinner, wine and water. Coffee can be ordered on the night.

· Only 18 seats, first come, first served
· Booking closes on Thursday 12 November, or earlier if we sell out
· Tickets can’t be refunded, but you’re welcome to pass your seat to a friend
· The evening is in English
