The Liberated Voice - A One Day Workshop

The Liberated Voice

A transformational one day workshop to strengthen your Voice, build confidence and express yourself more freely in speaking, singing and everyday life.

You have something to contribute to this world.

Your knowledge. Your ideas. Your creativity. Your vision. Your unique gifts.

Bringing all this into the world requires courage, self-trust, and a Voice that can carry the fullness of who you are.

The Liberated Voice is not just a singing workshop. It's a day to reconnect with your inner fire, listen more deeply, embody your Voice and give yourself permission to take up space.

Through guided vocal exercises, breathwork, movement and sound, you will explore how breath, resonance and your body work together to support your Voice, and how to use them with greater ease and freedom.

We will dive in

• Vocal & Breath Training: Practical exercises to develop resonance, flexibility and vocal strength.

• Energy Centre Balancing: Exercises exploring and balancing the Solar Plexus and Throat Centre.

• Playful Vocal Exploration: Discover new sounds and possibilities in your Voice.

• Mantras & Sound: Experience mantra singing and explore the effects of sound and vibration.

• Journaling & Reflection: Reflect on your personal power, self-trust and choices.

• Sharing & Integration: Exchange experiences and explore how to apply your discoveries in everyday life.

No singing experience needed. Just your desire and curiosity to explore.

This workshop is for you if you

• Want to express your ideas and bring your knowledge and vision into the world with more confidence and courage.

• Love singing and want to discover more of what your Voice is capable of.

• Are an experienced singer ready to explore new dimensions of your Voice and let more of who you are come through it.

• Want to reconnect with your creativity and joy, build self-trust and feel at home expressing yourself.

"I came to improve my singing and left with so much more. The workshop brought together two worlds: developing the voice and growing as a human being. It reminded me how powerful it is to let yourself be heard and seen. I left not only with new tools for my voice, but with a greater sense of freedom within myself."  Bianca

Hi, I am Sabina

After a near death experience in 2000, I made a promise to myself: Not to die with my song still inside me.

For over 26 years, I've been coaching and guiding people to liberate, develop and embody their unique Voice. My foundation is a degree in Musicology from the University of Bologna, a Master of Advanced Studies in Music and Voice Pedagogy from the Zurich University of the Arts and a diploma in Applied Voice Physiology from the Lichtenberg Institute, together with almost 40 years of mantra practice, energy work and holistic approaches.

This I know for sure: When you liberate your Voice, you liberate your life.
