One morning, three parts: we start with an easy run, move on to the padel court and finish with snacks, drinks and good vibes. All levels welcome.

- 09:45 Easy Run: short and relaxed, no pace pressure
- 11:00 Padel: casual games in mixed teams, just for fun
- 13:00 Snack & Chill: everyone together, food, drinks and good vibes (snacks already available from 11:00)
Not playing? Come as a spectator.
You don’t need a spot to be part of it. Drop by anytime from 11:00, grab a snack and a fresh drink from Emmi, watch the games and hang out with the crew. Snacks and drinks are ready while we play, not just from 13:00. Free entry for spectators.
Important: bring two pairs of shoes
- Running shoes for the run
- Clean indoor shoes for padel (running shoes from outside are not allowed on court)
Also bring: sportswear, a change of clothes, water bottle. Showers available
