AI Workshop for Commodity Trading Leaders
This workshop reveals delays and costs at each commodity trade handoff and shows how teams can improve or automate processes.
Every handoff in a commodity trade adds time and cost. It is also where errors tend to happen. In this workshop we follow one trade from execution to settlement and stop at each handoff between teams. At each step we look at what slows the trade down and how the work can be organized differently. That includes where handoffs can be automated or dropped.
You will learn to find these points in your own operations and work out what they cost across your trading book. You will also see which fixes your team can make with the CTRM and tools you already have, and which need outside help.
